This project is being undertaken by Triad Architects and Martin Tairo is the project Architect. It involves the construction of 130 housing units on 70 acres piece of land located long Bogani Road, Karen, Nairobi.
The project has already been approved by the Nairobi City Council and construction will is slated to begin in February 2011.
