Martin joined Triad Architects when this project was approaching its completion.
The project entailed construction of six luxurious town houses in an exclusive location along Lower Kabete Road.
Although he was not involved with design works of the project, his key contribution included snagging and design & supervision of minor alterations that the home owners desired.
The project has been successfully completed and occupied.
