While carrying out his official duties in the various firms that he has worked for, Martin has has the privilege of handling various projects of varying complexities and in different stages. The following is a summary of the projects he has so far handled:-
Interior fit out for ICDC offices at Uchumi House, Nairobi. Work involved preparing designs, presentation to client, preparing working drawings, schedules and details for tender documentation, tender process and site supervision under the supervision of the project architect.
Proposed Red Court Hotel in South C, Nairobi for Red Cross Kenya. Work involved preparing of presentation for bidding in the design competition. Morphosis Ltd. won the competition.
Proposed Windsor Green Apartments in Kampala Uganda for Spencon Development Co. Ltd. Work involved preparing designs and presentation to client.
Proposed La Nyavu Gardens in Karen, Nairobi for La Nyavu Gardens Ltd. Work involved preparing designs and presentation to client.
Housing Scheme for Stamford Holdings Limited in Lower Kabete, Nairobi, Kenya. Work involved snagging and site supervision.
Proposed Housing Scheme for Echuka Farms Limited in Tigoni, Limuru, Kenya. Work involved concept generation and scheme design work.
KPA Bandari Apartments for Kenya Ports Authority Pension Scheme in South C, Nairobi, Kenya. Work involved site supervision.
